    Must be over 18 years old receive services.

    We are currently unable to work with curly/crisscross lashes.

  • Get off work late or need a last-minute appointment? VIP appointments available Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am, 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM.

    VIP appointments require a $40 deposit that does not apply to service and our guests are expected to satisfy balance for service received.

  • A $20 non-refundable deposit is required to finalize your booking and applies towards your service.

    Remaining balance can be paid with Zelle, Afterpay & Cash.

    We reserve the right to charge a 4.5% fee to process any debit/credit cards.

  • Bringing a guest is perfectly fine as long as they do not accompany you to your appointment. Any extra guests must wait in 2nd floor lobby.

    We love kids! Unfortunately, for safety reasons, children are not permitted in studio.

  • We understand life can be unpredictable.

    As a courtesy, we require your new date to be within 21 days of original date.

    RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 24HRS OF APPOINTMENT: $25 FEE DUE TO RESCHEDULE.

    RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 4HRS OF APPOINTMENT: CHARGED 50% OF SERVICE.

  • We do NOT charge late fees. Both client and provider are allowed a 15 minute grace period. Please notify us ASAP if you’re running behind, so we can try our best to accommodate you.

    More than 15 minutes late? Full payment required to reschedule and will apply to a new date.

  • Your deposit will be automatically reversed if we have to cancel. (does not apply to reschedules)

    You are permitted a 48 hour grace period for significant shedding, allergic reactions and significant discomfort.

    If a reaction occurs, we will reach out and schedule your fix or removal.

    We’d like to remind you that all services, payments, appointment deposits, and sales are final.

  • HOW LONG DO THEY USUALLY LAST?

    A full set will last 2.5 to 3 weeks before a refill is needed. Pre-book your fill at your next visit and get a discount!

    HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

    Full sets take between 2 to 2.5 hours, depending on desired fullness and the state of your natural lashes. Refills take up to 2 hours as we have to remove outgrowns, wash and dry your lash extensions and replace any fans that have fallen out.

    DO I NEED TO BRING ANYTHING?

    If you wear contacts, please bring your only your case with you — we have solution on hand. Some of our clients like to bring heat pads, socks, bonnets, etc. We want you to be as comfortable as possible for the time you are here.

    CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

    You can but they have to wait in the 2nd floor lobby and are unable to come up with you to your appointment.

    CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

    We love our babies! Unfortunately, children aren’t permitted for their safety and to be courteous to others in the salon.
